The Company, through its Site and web-based platform, “ProsecutionAI,” provides AI-enabled legal software-as-a-service that allows our Customers and its authorized users to prepare, review and/or analyze prosecutorial charging documents (the “Services“).
1. What information do we collect?
Personal Information Provided by You. We collect personal information that you provide to us. This information may include:

- Billing Address
- County and State where you reside
- Telephone Number
- Job Title
- Email Address
- Username
- Password
- Sensitive Information. Except for information that may be collected as part of a recruiting process (see Section 12, Recruiting Policies), we do not process sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, credit card or bank account numbers, health and medical data, criminal background checks.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information Automatically Collected. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. The information does not reveal your specific identity, but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

We Do Not Store User Inputs
We do not retain, store, or use any personal or case-related information that our users input into the platform for the preparation, review and analysis of prosecutorial charging documents. All information provided by users is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the Services and is not used for any other purpose. Upon completion of the Service, all user-provided data is automatically deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy, ensuring that no user data is stored beyond the necessary timeframe required to provide our Services.
Redacted CJIS Information
Any information covered by or subject to the Criminal Justice Information Services (“CJIS”) Security Policy as established and promulgated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (the “CJIS Security Policy”) is not solicited or collected by us and must be redacted before you submit any information via the Service. Failure to adhere to the CJIS Security Policy may result in immediate suspension of Services and potential termination of this Agreement. Please see our Terms of Service for further details.
2. How Do We Use Your Information?
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
- Provision of Services: We use your information to fulfill the purposes for which you provide it, including creating and managing your account, providing you access to our Services, and responding to your inquiries.
- Customer Support:We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you may have with the Services.
- Administrative Information:We may process your information to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies and other similar information.
- Billing and Transactions: We use Stripe as our payment processor to securely handle all payment transactions for our Services. When you make a payment, your payment details are directly provided to Stripe, which is solely responsible for the secure processing of your transaction and the remittance of funds to us. Stripe adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and other relevant financial regulations, ensuring the protection of your payment information. We do not retain your full bank account or credit card details on our systems. Our responsibility is to facilitate the payment process by providing the necessary information to Stripe and maintaining a secure connection to their services. - Service Improvement: We may use information regarding your use of the Services in an anonymized and aggregated form to improve the quality and functionality of our Services, analyze trends, and develop new features.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a “Do-Not-Track” (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preferences not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard exists for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

California “Shine the Light” Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories or personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
