Is the data I upload secure
Yes. ProsecutionAI prioritizes the security and privacy of data. We use Microsoft Azure OpenAI, and through our robust infrastructure, strict data usage policies, and commitment to transparency, we ensure that your data is protected and not used to train our models. We believe the questions and answers provided are Attorney-Work Product. We don’t use your questions, data, or our API’s responses to train our model. We do not store or review any submissions or responses without your direct consent. All work product submissions and responses are immediately deleted when the user exits the ProsecutionAI system. Only one copy exists: The user will have a single local copy stored on their personal device. No other copy of that information will exist – anywhere. All personal identifying information analyzed must be redacted, in compliance with CJIS requirements.
What jurisdiction is used to analyze my case?
During the sign-up process, the state you sign-up with is used to analyze data. To verify which state you have signed up for go to the account management page in the upper right of the case screen.
After I have asked questions about a new case, can I go back and ask questions about a prior case?
Yes. As long as you do not log out or exceed two (2) hours of idle time, you can ask additional questions about any case. Simply click on the case name on the left side-bar and enter your question or push an analysis button.
How do I start using ProsecutionAI?
Attach documents that are to be used in the case analyze then select an analysis button. While you are working in the same case, additional files can be included. And subsequent analysis button selections will include all documents for that case.
Why did my subscription end before the end of the month?
You have reached the limit for amount of data analyzed this month. Subscriptions are based on estimated usage per analysis and document uploaded. Go to the icon in the upper right of the services page to upgrade your service.

Where does my data go after I download and log out?
100% of the information you provide to the service and the results of the AI analysis is instantly deleted when you either log off or after two (2) hours of idle time. No information is retained in any way.
Can I add multiple files to be analyzed within one case?
Yes. You can upload as many files as you need and ask the AI to analyze those documents however you would like, limited by is the usage volume based on your subscription level. To increase your subscription level go to the account management page.
How do I download the results of my questions?
Click the ellipsis next to the case name to download.
Can I change my state?
