Other AI products waive the privilege by training on your work product

Using other general AI tools exposes your mental impressions to defense subpoenas and FOIA requests. You have very little reasonable expectation of privacy when you know an AI model trains or stores your work. This can compromise the integrity of your case.

Work-product privilege

The doctrine safeguards materials prepared “in anticipation of litigation” (e.g., legal theories, strategies).
