Security
Secure AI built for prosecutors.
We Keep nothing
- To repeat, we keep nothing.
- We don’t use your questions, data, or our API’s responses to train our model.
- We do not store or review any submissions or responses.
- Your questions and answers are Attorney-Work Product.
- All work product submissions and responses are immediately deleted when the user exists, or 2-hours of idle time.
- Only a single copy exists: Yours.
- Only you can save a local copy.
- Once you log out, the information is gone forever. You, us, nor a third party can access what no longer exists.
Storage
- None of your questions, data or our API’s responses are used to train our model.
- Responses or submissions are not stored or reviewed by our Service or Company.
Safeguards
- Data is encrypted in transit, safeguarded from unauthorized access.
- Our service runs on Microsoft Azure (Government), which uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2+, the industry-standard protocol for encrypting in-transit data over the internet. This ensures that all data is protected from unauthorized access.
- All personal identifying information analyzed must be redacted, in compliance with CJIS requirements.
Standards
TLS 1.2+ meets a range of security standards, including:
- PCI DSS: The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, which required the use of strong encryption for protecting cardholder data.
- FIPS 140-2: A U.S. Government computer security standard that specifies requirements for cryptographic modules.
- NIST SP 800-52: A National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) publication that provides recommendations for the selection, configuration, and use of TLS.
